About Conference
Gas processing is highly margin under current gas prices, and therefore attractive for investments. The strategies for development are measures to increase gas & chemical raw materials production volumes, increase the extraction degree of valuable components from gas, and also increase the processing capacities. Local companies plan to build new natural gas processing facilities, which will significantly increase the production of highly liquid fuel and industrial products. In all, in 2021–2030, it is planned to build 24 gas chemical plants, with total investments of about 1.8 trillion rubles.

In addition to increasing production volumes, Russian manufacturers are striving to enlarge their margins. The companies plan to modernize production sites, replace western technologies, solutions, catalysts and equipment.

The conference will focus on discussing the gas& chemicals and processed products market development prospects, sales markets, production technologies and business optimization opportunities.

GAS AND CHEMICALS 2024 go
More than 120 oil & gas industry leading companies’ specialists from Russia and China discussed strategic objectives and the latest industry achievements, market volumes and needs, as well as promising investment projects for development and modernization. Were presented the solutions of design institutes and equipment suppliers, technologies and services in gas chemistry.

The event took place on February 27-28, 2024 in Moscow with the support of Gazprombank and Metafrax Group.
